I’m a community advocate, business leader, and CEO of The Prowse Project. My passion has always been about creating meaningful impact—helping people access the services, opportunities, and connections they need to thrive.

For over 15 years, I’ve worked across the community sector, leading initiatives that change lives. From expanding mental health education for Canberra’s youth to raising over $1 million for cystic fibrosis support, my focus has always been on making a real difference. My career began with Camp Quality in 2008, and since then, I’ve worked across rural NSW, Sydney, and Canberra, building expertise in community engagement, co-design, and business acumen.

Through lived experience, I’ve seen firsthand the gaps in community services and the challenges people face in navigating them. That’s why I founded The Prowse Project—an initiative that brings together social enterprise, advocacy, and practical solutions to help individuals and communities access what they need, when they need it.

Beyond my professional work, I stay deeply connected to my community—having been a netball coach, served on health committees, and on local boards. I believe in rolling up my sleeves and getting things done. The Prowse Project is my next step in ensuring that communities are empowered, services are accessible, and impact is lasting.
